Service Delivery Policy

Krib Information Services Private Limited (“Krib”, “we”) provides background verification and screening services to businesses. This policy explains how our services are delivered.

1. No physical shipping

Our services are delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping or courier charges apply.

2. How we deliver

• Verification reports are delivered electronically, by email to your registered contact and/or through our client portal.
• Each report shows the checks performed, the sources used and the verification status (for example, verified, discrepant or unable to verify).
• Invoices and payment receipts are sent by email.

3. When we start

We begin a check after we receive the candidate’s details, signed consent and the documents needed, and after any advance payment agreed with you.

4. Turnaround time

• Turnaround time depends on the type of check and is agreed with you in your proposal or service agreement.
• Some checks depend on third parties such as past employers, universities, courts and field verification. Delays at their end can extend the turnaround time. We keep you informed of delays and their reasons.
• Checks are put on hold if information or consent is missing, and the turnaround time restarts once it is received.

5. Confirming delivery

A service is treated as delivered when the final report is sent to you by email or made available on the client portal. If you have not received a report you expected, contact us and we will resend it.

6. Confidentiality

Reports are shared only with the authorised contacts of the client who requested them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
